Actin ExM is a unique phalloidin derivative that enables single-step staining of F-Actin for fluorescence microscopy.
Available with a choice of fluorophores, compatible with gelation.
Actin ExM can be incorporated into established ExM methods by simply treating the sample with Actin ExM for thirty minutes, after immunolabelling and immediately before gelation.
